Each day of the week, we target a different muscle group in our short, sharp workouts, offering up exciting live classes taught by our highly trained professional coaches!

Why me? Why now? Why THIS Bridal Bootcamp? 

Wellllll, I'll tell you but first, here's a little backstory:

I created the bridal bible that is Wed-in-Bliss, a service to support our community of like-minded awesome DIY brides, all doing it for themselves - planning their dream day! 

Over in our Facebook group, our brides called for something else, something even bigger than planning their weddings, they wanted support on how to feel GREAT inside and out, to build their self-esteem before they walk the aisle and to learn the tips and tools on how to live a happier, healthier life post-wedding too!

I'm so proud that we now have a team of amazing, highly trained professional coaches to guide our brides towards success before the big day, focusing on SO much more than just weight loss! You'll also struggle to find a more empowered and positive community of like-minded fabulous women like ours 😉
