Here in the Bootcamp we champion and encourage a healthy mindset by supporting you with the way that you speak to yourself, helping you to change any negative definitions you may have created for yourself around exercise, setting small goals which in turn creates a new and healthier habit, a fresh way of thinking. 

As part of the early stages in this Bootcamp, we will guide you through a few mindset activities to really dig deep around the emotional reasons as to why you're joining us on this exciting journey - we want you to connect often with these reasons, especially on your lower energy level days.
